Press release :

As a matter of fact as per California State law AB 12 a patient has a legal right to seek a second opinion from an independent physician outside of an HMO insurance, upon merely writing a request for it to your insurance.

Do you need a second opinion on your Diagnoses ? Why Is it always good to have a second Opinion?

It removes the doubt from your mind so that you will follow your doctor's advise and then you have a better chance of getting well. I will affirm and validate your M.D.'s recommendations, if I agree with it

If the diagnosis is not correct or for some reason, if you have doubt about it or about an investigation, especially so, if that be invasive or about treatment and again especially so, if that be of surgery, e.g. Coronary Bypass Surgery,or minimally invasive surgery,or robotic surgery, off pump on pump, off clamp or on clamp for coronary or valvular, 4 mitral or aortic, stenting etc then you may want to have my Second Opinion either through Medical Records Review or thro' my Second Opinion Cardiology consultation.

You may also seek another option to your investigation and treatment if you would rather not go the route your physician has recommended e.g.. if you do not wish to have an invasive testing then you may choose to have non invasive testing and treatment that your physician elected to bypass. It happens a lot according to what your insurance policy dictates your doctor.

Dr. Patel reserves the right and privelege to sign off from the case when it appears to him that his continuing with the client will not be beneficial to either party, either by conflict of interest or personality conflict.

Finally, if very unfortunately, you or your loved one have a different result or outcome, then you may want to consult me, so that, I may render help to you, by my Expert Medical Second Opinion or as a Medical Malpractice Expert, especially to find out, if you have a legitimate case or not. Then, you may want to send me the details with your complete medical records with a retainer. This depends on the volume n it will b a rough esti mate asto how many hours he will have 2 spend n it is as of March 21, 2012 =$350/hr. but after the contract/agreement all telephone conversations will b @$17.50/mt with 10 mts@max.and not > 2/day.This is to curb unnecessary wastage of client"s funds.n Dr's time. I have helped out many patients with the above problems  to their delight since my graduation from Law School,1998.

However, I have turned some clients down, if the case is not worth your while, if it's not a legitimate case, thus save you from unnecessary wasting your funds with a wrong kind of hope, some one might have given you, just to milk out some $$ from you. All the same, if your case is valid, I will help you, more than you can imagine, most contentiously, sincerely and honestly, but at a reasonable cost.

PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING.

I can give you multiple examples, but most prominent one is when recently, a highly toxic med was used for a patient, allegedly for Congestive Heat Failure and the patient died.  The medicine can be and is being used for the condition, but I testified that the patient did not have Heart Failure, as the prominent DR. had failed to describe any of the signs of Heart Failure!!!

Another case of Coronary  Bypass patient did not improve and other Cardiologist performed Balloon Angioplasty. Still the patient continued to have symptoms. I looked at the Cine and found out that the Bypass was placed onto a Normal Coronary and not onto a diseased one!!!

My very first case in my last year of Law School in 1998.A patient was brought to E.R. of a prominent hospital after a fall on his chest. He was sent back home twice to come as DOA on the time. I found out the very frst visit EKG/ECG had a distinct Heart Attack, missed by Busy E.R. M.D.!!!

My Report: I give my report in writing for a separate fee.It is higher, if your attorney demands it in a Legal format and higher, if it needs as a Notarised AFFIDAVIT.
